Design-Driven Spaces for a More Interesting Life
Pop of Luxury is a curated collection of architect-led, color-forward properties designed for people who expect more from where they live and work.
A Turning Point in Color
After experiencing a Verner Panton exhibition in Denmark, we stopped treating color as an accent and started treating it as a foundation.
Panton believed that comfort comes from alignment. He once said,
“One sits more comfortably on a colour that one likes.”
Pop of Luxury exists because we agree.

Behind the Spaces
Pop of Luxury is led by Josh Coffman, a designer with a lifelong obsession with form, proportion, and material. For more than twenty years, Josh has collected vintage furniture and studied design intuitively, developing a sharp, opinionated eye that favors originality over trends and quality over convenience.
Each Pop of Luxury space begins with his vision: bold architectural moves, intentional color, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.
Emma Coffman brings the structure to Pop of Luxury, overseeing budgets, operations, and strategy, and shaping how each project is presented and experienced. Together, they ensure that every space is not only striking, but viable, livable, and thoughtfully executed.
Pop of Luxury projects are intentionally limited and approached as one-offs designed for a specific context, a specific purpose, and a specific kind of person.
